This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning.

• Cultivate strong relationships to enhance collaboration, transparency, and innovation among diverse Agile software development teams that support CI/CD.

• Actively identify and eliminate obstacles that impede team progress.

• Support the Product Manager in efficient backlog management, ensuring that items are clear, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.

• Advocate for Agile values and quality practices, coordinate across teams, and mentor team members on process enhancements and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with senior-level client leadership and business stakeholders, providing guidance on process standardization and continuous improvement.

• Steer the development team towards self-organization, cross-functionality, and the adoption of Agile principles to optimize performance.

• Mediate disputes, resolve challenges, and ensure effective communication among the development team, Product Manager, and stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing process enhancements and implementing Agile best practices.

• Take on additional duties and responsibilities as necessary to support team goals and ensure project success.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or a relevant discipline is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of professional experience is required.

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale software development, data management, and system integration projects.

• Proficiency in conducting briefings with senior leadership and capturing actionable outcomes from meetings and stakeholder inquiries.

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or comparable platforms.

• Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and Kanban methodologies is highly preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
