Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming requests, ensuring quality for the designated team.

• Foster strong relationships with both the team and clients.

• Guarantee timely, high-quality deliverables.

• Maintain a consistent workflow for the development team by addressing obstacles, predicting risks that may hinder progress, and ensuring compliance with work processes along with agile principles and practices.

• Additionally, manage the team's administrative duties, including tracking performance measurement indicators (IMR).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or any undergraduate degree complemented by postgraduate studies in IT.

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Scrum Master on IT projects.

• Familiarity with object-oriented development.

• Experience in coordinating, supervising, or supporting teams.

• Skills in software requirements analysis and elicitation.

• Proficiency in agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in systems development projects.

• Background in managing public contracts.

• Knowledge of Business Process Management, workflows, and BPMN.

• Understanding of software testing practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
