Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Acts as a Scrum Master responsible for delivering systems and software projects defined by customers.

• Guides a technical team in accomplishing daily, iteration, and release targets along with delivery objectives.

• Implement, uphold, and continuously enhance Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

• Provide mentoring and training to the team on Agile processes, methodologies, and practices.

• Collect and track team metrics and ensure compliance with the definitions of ready and done.

• Eliminate obstacles to protect the team from external influences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of passing a CBP background investigation.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, particularly with government contracts.

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field. Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong experience in incremental software development projects employing an Agile Scrum methodology.

• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
