This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Guide, mentor, and assist Agile teams in delivering high-value products.

• Act as a servant-leader, ensuring the understanding and application of Agile principles and practices.

• Eliminate obstacles to team progress and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices.

• Promote self-organization and accountability within the team.

• Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus on priorities.

• Ensure commitments are fulfilled with transparency and predictability.

• Monitor and analyze key Agile metrics to drive enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile role.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.

• Practical experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Capability to encourage collaboration and establish trust among diverse stakeholders.
