This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies effectively (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)

• Identify, log, and resolve impediments that hinder the progress of the development team

• Guide the team and the organization in understanding and applying agile values, principles, and practices

• Monitor and communicate team metrics and lead retrospectives

• Shield the team from external interruptions and unplanned scope changes

• Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the backlog

• Act as a change agent within the organization

• Integrate AI tools into the team's daily operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields

• Over 3 years of experience in agile software development environments, particularly in the payments, banking, or Fintech industries

• At least 2 years in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles leading software development teams

• Native Spanish speaker

• Proficient in English (technical reading and communication with vendors)

• Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II or CSM)

• SAFe Scrum Master certification (desirable)
