📋 Description

• Craft scripts for short-form educational, entertaining, and digital video content.

• Build compelling hooks, narrative structure, information organization, pacing, and calls to action.

• Distill intricate subjects into clear, engaging, and conversational narratives.

• Generate content across categories such as Finance, Career, Business, English, AI, Social Media, and Government.

• Design episodic formats, content series, and recurring content initiatives.

• Perform research and verify information prior to scripting.

• Modify scripts based on audience insights, language preferences, trends, and content performance metrics.

• Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure scripts are suitable for production.

• Leverage AI tools for research, idea generation, drafting, and content enhancement while ensuring originality and accuracy.

• Produce content that captivates viewers, encouraging them to watch, comprehend, and stay engaged.

• Proven experience in writing for short-form video, digital media, YouTube, Reels, edutainment, or creator-driven content.

• Deep understanding of hooks, viewer retention, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques.

• Excellent research, fact-checking, and information simplification abilities.

• Capability to write conversational and captivating scripts as opposed to traditional articles or blogs.

• Native or advanced proficiency in the Telugu language.

• Strong grasp of how written scripts translate into visual or video storytelling.

• Comfortable using AI tools for content research, brainstorming, and refinement purposes.
