📋 Description

• Craft scripts for short-form educational content, entertainment, and digital video.

• Create compelling hooks, narrative structure, informational organization, pacing, and calls to action.

• Break down complex subjects into accessible, engaging, and conversational material.

• Produce content across categories such as Finance, Career, Business, English, AI, Social Media, and Government.

• Design episodic formats, series, and recurring content features.

• Perform research and verify facts prior to scripting.

• Modify scripts based on audience insights, language preferences, trends, and content effectiveness.

• Work in tandem with creative and production teams to ensure scripts are suitable for production.

• Utilize AI tools for research, brainstorming, drafting, and refining content while upholding originality and accuracy.

• Generate content aimed at maximizing viewer retention, comprehension, and ongoing engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in writing for short-form videos, digital media, YouTube, Reels, edutainment, or creator-driven content.

• In-depth understanding of hooks, viewer retention, pacing, storytelling, and audience interaction.

• Exceptional skills in research, fact-checking, and simplifying information.

• Capability to write in a conversational and engaging manner as opposed to conventional articles or blogs.

• Native or proficient command of the Kannada Language.

• Solid grasp of how written scripts translate into visual or video storytelling.

• Proficient in using AI tools for content research, ideation, and enhancement.

• Strong creative judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
