📋 Description

• Craft scripts for short-form learning, edutainment, and digital video material.

• Generate compelling hooks, narrative structure, information organization, pacing, and calls to action.

• Distill complex subjects into clear, engaging, and conversational content.

• Produce content across various categories including Finance, Career, Business, English, AI, Social Media, and Government.

• Design episodic formats, content series, and ongoing content properties.

• Perform research and verify information prior to scripting.

• Modify scripts based on audience insights, language preferences, trends, and content effectiveness.

• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure scripts are ready for production.

• Leverage AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, and content enhancement while ensuring originality and accuracy.

• Develop content that captivates viewers, encouraging them to stop, watch, comprehend, and keep watching.

• Lokal connects Tier-2/3+ India with knowledge, opportunities, tools, and experts through local-language applications, such as GyanTV.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video scripting, digital media, YouTube, Reels, edutainment, or creator-led content.

• Deep understanding of hooks, viewer retention, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques.

• Exceptional research, fact-checking, and ability to simplify information.

• Skill in writing conversational and engaging scripts rather than conventional articles or blogs.

• Native or strong proficiency in the Bengali language.

• Solid grasp of how written scripts transition into visual and video storytelling.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for content research, ideation, and refinement.

• Strong creative judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
