Screenwriter, Plot Developer – Vertical Drama

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete writing process from the initial idea and loglines to the final script submission.

• Compose scripts with ongoing support from a script editor.

• Engage in weekly collaborative team meetings.

• Leverage advanced workflow software and daily AI tools to enhance the creative workflow.

• Take part in regular training sessions organized by the company to master the vertical format rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in screenwriting and plot development.

• Previous experience in vertical formats is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Strong grasp of conflict development, engaging dialogue, and fostering emotional connections between characters.

• Willingness to adapt to a new medium with specific limitations and fast-paced demands.

• Proficient in using AI tools, task management software, and new digital systems.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

• Capacity to excel under tight deadlines while producing high-quality work at a rapid pace.
