This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a software developer within an Oracle E-Business Suite R12 integrated project team, supporting a multi-agency program for the Department of War.
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional analysts, infrastructure specialists, and resources dedicated to configuration change management.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Review business and functional requirements to determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Create technical design documents that align with business and system requirements.
• Lead the development of Oracle EBS Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Build web applications using Oracle APEX, encompassing forms, reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Modify existing APEX applications to meet specific business needs.
• Enhance APEX application performance through SQL tuning and efficient utilization of APEX features.
• Facilitate design and code review sessions.
• Assess system processes to identify and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to define and implement software enhancements.
• Assist with system and user acceptance testing, including resolving issues.
• U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the ability to pass an IT-2 background investigation.
• Must possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., OCA WebLogic 11g SA, OCI Foundations 2020, Security+ CE) or the capability to obtain certification within 60 days.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent along with seven years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support is necessary.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher, particularly in Federal Financial Management for Federal civilian and/or Department of War operations.
• Proficient in using APEX development tools and their features.
• Experience with version control systems like Git for managing APEX code is essential.
• Knowledge of Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile development methodologies, and Oracle EBS RICEFW development is required.
• Technical expertise in one or more Oracle EBS R12 process areas: Budget to Report (B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Acquire to Retire (A2R), or Order to Cash (O2C).
• Experience in integrating external systems with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or handling legacy systems conversions.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying synchronous/asynchronous BPEL and OSB processes using JDeveloper.
• Familiarity with database adapters, file adapters, and Oracle Application adapters within Oracle SOA Suite.
• Experience in SOA and OSB administration through Enterprise Manager.
• Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Queuing, business events, and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of Web Service Security, SAML, SSL/TLS, X509 certificates, and PKI.
• Proficient in SOAP XML, WSDL, XML Schema, and XSL.
• Experience with RESTful services and JSON.
• Familiarity with WebLogic Server, WebLogic Administration, security configurations, and OPSS.
• JavaScript skills for client-side scripting within APEX applications.
• Experienced in using SOAPUI and XMLSpy for SOA testing and development.
