Scientific Sales Representative, Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee, expand, and cultivate revenue opportunities within a designated territory

• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at fostering growth through comprehensive product and market insights

• Enhance communication with clients by aligning their requirements with suitable STEMCELL products

• Assist with product demonstrations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and seminars

• Perform daily sales activities, including responding to technical support inquiries, processing quote requests, conducting site visits, and following up on orders

• Provide assistance with technical support and troubleshooting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Immunology or a related field

• Familiarity with STEMCELL's primary product offerings, associated technologies, or relevant customer markets is preferred

• Preferred technical laboratory experience including flow cytometry, immunomagnetic cell isolation, and primary immune cell culture

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster customer relationship development
