This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete candidate journey for all open positions utilizing the ATS.
• Arrange, confirm, and adjust interviews with efficiency and precision.
• Monitor candidate progression and proactively pinpoint any bottlenecks in the pipeline.
• Provide timely updates, feedback, and rejection notices to candidates.
• Address candidate queries promptly throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as the intermediary between recruiting teams and internal hiring stakeholders.
• Keep candidate data accurate and current across all positions.
• Assist recruiting leadership and facilitate workflows as the team expands.
• Proactively escalate any obstacles or delays to maintain hiring momentum.
• Discover opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting functions.
• Assess which processes necessitate human intervention versus automation.
• Enhance and optimize existing workflows for better efficiency and consistency.
• Suggest and implement process improvements proactively.
• Ensure professional and engaging communication throughout all candidate interactions.
• Maintain clear and concise communication in both written and verbal forms.
• Guarantee timely updates, scheduling modifications, and feedback delivery.
• Uphold a positive representation of the company brand throughout the hiring experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
• Practical experience with Ashby ATS (functional proficiency required from day one).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across various open roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven capacity to operate with urgency in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting recruitment for technical, operational, and leadership positions.
• Familiarity with startup or high-growth company environments.
• Experience in implementing automation within recruiting workflows.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong asynchronous communication habits and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
