Scientific Client Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.

• Lead the onboarding process, manage briefings, conduct kick-off and status meetings independently, and ensure clear communication of 'next steps'.

• Supervise the complete execution of projects from client onboarding to campaign delivery.

• Continuously monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing to synchronize delivery timelines with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related area).

• 2–3 years of proven experience in client services, project coordination, or campaign delivery within the science/medical communications sector, or a STEM media environment.
