School Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of students and families referred for additional assistance

• Conduct assessments to formulate action plans

• Organize family intervention meetings

• Act as the primary contact for teachers and administration regarding families in crisis

• Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional support

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related discipline

• 0-1 year of relevant professional experience

• Colorado Social Worker Certificate or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• Capability to pass the necessary background check

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
