This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Act as a vital member of the school leadership team, dedicated to enhancing student recruitment, fostering family engagement, improving scholarship accessibility, and ensuring sustainable enrollment.
• Collaborate closely with school leaders to support strategic growth initiatives, strengthen family connections, and guarantee that students and families receive personalized support throughout the enrollment and retention processes.
• Provide leadership and oversight for Opportunity Scholarship (OS), ESA+, and other tuition assistance programs, acting as a primary resource for families as they navigate enrollment, funding, and school engagement.
• Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns, re-registration initiatives, and student retention strategies aimed at bolstering enrollment growth and ensuring long-term student success.
• Foster a strong sense of community, serve as a trusted intermediary between families and school leadership, and contribute to strategic planning efforts that enhance the overall experience for students and families.
• An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in education, admissions, enrollment management, family engagement, customer service, student support, or a related field is necessary.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and stakeholders through effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Capability to analyze data, monitor progress, and maintain precise records and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, information sessions, and family outreach activities.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with school leadership and cross-functional teams.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and promoting a positive school culture.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive student and family information with professionalism.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to support family information sessions, enrollment events, and school activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS 365, and web applications.
