This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage patient calls to ensure proper scheduling.
• Gather patient demographic information necessary for appointment setup.
• Schedule and input appointment times and dates into Athena's computerized system.
• Document filled or canceled appointments.
• Respond to phone inquiries or direct callers to the appropriate staff.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Proven experience in a high-volume call center setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Capability to manage calls in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
