This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Coordinate and assign caregivers to client visits and shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Maintain and update caregiver schedules in the scheduling software/system.
• Handle scheduling requests, changes, and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Serve as the main point of contact for caregivers concerning scheduling inquiries and updates.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to both caregivers and clients.
• Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure alignment between client care plans and caregiver schedules.
• Monitor caregiver compliance with client care plans and agency policies through schedule adherence.
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts in conjunction with the senior scheduling coordinator or management.
• Maintain precise documentation of caregiver assignments and client schedules.
• Assist caregivers with scheduling-related inquiries and issues.
• Support clients and families with scheduling concerns and inquiries.
• Foster positive relationships with caregivers and clients through effective communication and support.
• Generate reports on caregiver utilization, overtime, and completion of client visits.
• Maintain records of caregiver schedules, client preferences, and service agreements.
• Assist with documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Report directly to the Director of Coordination.
• Experience in staffing caregivers within a home care setting.
• Strong understanding of scheduling best practices, caregiver-client matching, and workforce coordination.
• Ability to manage high-volume schedules and accommodate last-minute coverage needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Effective communication skills with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to make staffing decisions under tight deadlines.
• Experience with home care operations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with caregiver scheduling platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in maintaining continuity of care through effective staffing practices is highly preferred.
• Experience in scheduling and staffing caregivers, CNAs, or HHAs for client assignments.
• Knowledge of caregiver availability management, shift coverage, and client service coordination.
• Experience with scheduling software and workforce management systems.
