Scheduling Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and allocate caregivers to client appointments and shifts according to client requirements and caregiver availability.

• Maintain and refresh caregiver schedules within the scheduling software/system.

• Address scheduling requests, modifications, and emergencies swiftly and efficiently.

• Act as the primary contact for caregivers concerning scheduling questions and updates.

• Relay schedule changes and updates to both caregivers and clients.

• Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure alignment between client care plans and caregiver schedules.

• Monitor caregiver adherence to client care plans and agency policies through schedule management.

• Resolve scheduling conflicts with the senior scheduling coordinator or management.

• Keep precise records of caregiver assignments, client schedules, preferences, and service agreements.

• Assist caregivers, clients, and families with inquiries and concerns related to scheduling.

• Produce reports on caregiver utilization, overtime, and completion of client visits.

• Aid in documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance with regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in staffing caregivers within a home care setting.

• Strong grasp of scheduling best practices, caregiver-client matching, and workforce coordination.

• Capability to manage high-volume schedules and urgent coverage needs.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Effective communication skills with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities at once.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to make staffing decisions under tight deadlines.

• Experience with home care operations, caregiver scheduling platforms, and continuity-of-care staffing practices is highly preferred.

• Preferred experience in scheduling and staffing caregivers, CNAs, or HHAs for client assignments.

• Familiarity with managing caregiver availability, shift coverage, and client service coordination is preferred.

• Preferred experience with scheduling software and workforce management systems.
