This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Schedule appointment dates for patients who are recommended for spinal injections and surgical interventions
β’ Establish strong relationships with law firms and medical offices
β’ Maintain and update client records on a computer system
β’ Notify law firms about their clients' scheduled appointment dates
β’ Uphold confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
β’ Meet quarterly performance metrics and incentive targets
β’ Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned
β’ High School diploma or GED is mandatory
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical scheduling or healthcare coordination
β’ Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
β’ Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
β’ Comfortable with computer operations
β’ Typing speed of no less than 45 words per minute
β’ Experience collaborating with physician offices and healthcare providers
β’ Background in managing high-volume phone communications
β’ Ability to sit and remain on the phone for extended periods
β’ Dependable high-speed internet connection for remote work
