This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold precise, compliant student schedules that facilitate academic achievement and timely graduation.
• Collaborate closely with students and their families to offer guidance, address scheduling inquiries, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Track graduation progress, evaluate transcripts, and ensure that students stay on track to meet graduation criteria.
• Work alongside internal teams to tackle scheduling obstacles.
• Engage with students and families through phone calls, emails, text messages, and various communication channels.
• Address incoming scheduling inquiries with precise guidance and exceptional customer service.
• Assist students in formulating annual academic plans that align with graduation prerequisites, objectives, and aspirations.
• Aid in the setup of school terms, configuration of course sections, and other scheduling activities.
• Resolve intricate or escalated scheduling issues.
• Keep thorough documentation of scheduling choices, communications, and student records.
• Take part in professional development, team meetings, and ongoing process enhancement initiatives.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Services, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service, customer relations, student services, education, or a similar customer-facing role is required.
• Experience in supporting students or families within an educational setting is required.
• Experience in creating or managing student academic schedules, graduation planning, or academic advising is preferred.
• Familiarity with student information systems, Google Workspace, Mac OS, and collaboration tools like Asana is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal communication, written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Mac OS, Google Workspace, learning management systems, and task tools such as Asana; capable of quickly adapting to new technologies.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting standards of quality, responsiveness, and productivity.
• Willingness and ability to travel to designated testing locations for proctoring.
• Must be able to pass required background checks.
• Fixed availability from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time (Denver), year-round.
• Full-time availability of at least 40 hours per week with uninterrupted focus during scheduled hours.
• Immediate responsiveness via phone, chat, Zoom, email, and internal systems throughout the workday.
• No concurrent work during scheduled hours; outside employment must not interfere and requires prior written approval.
• A private, professional, distraction-free remote workspace with consistent high-speed internet access.
• Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
