This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Collaborate with patients to arrange appointments, serving as the initial point of contact for new patients who wish to book an appointment or inquire about Aspen Dental services.
β’ Manage incoming calls in a high-volume setting, while sensitively addressing questions and concerns.
β’ Listen with empathy and apply critical thinking to comprehend patient needs, utilizing trained sales and customer service techniques to schedule appointments.
β’ Prioritize appointment acceptance and customer care to achieve both individual and call center objectives.
β’ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is essential (retail, call center, or hospitality experience is preferred).
β’ Experience in handling calls in a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred.
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
β’ Tech-savvy - Proficient in navigating provided technology efficiently.
β’ Must possess a Cable/Fiber-connected internet, with the capability to hardwire the internet within 6 feet of the router (no WiFi/cellular/hotspot), and meet a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
β’ A quiet, HIPAA-compliant, and private workspace is required.
β’ Availability for some evening and weekend scheduling is necessary.
β’ Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.
