Scheduler, Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and organize schedule inputs and performance data into a centralized scheduling platform.

• Deliver reports on the status of projects and programs.

• Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with project teams.

• Implement strategies, plans, and procedures for project planning and scheduling.

• Integrate and uphold the integrity of contractor schedules within overall program schedules.

• Provide quality assurance and interface for project functional groups and contractors regarding schedule performance tracking and reporting.

• Assist in implementing an integrated enterprise-wide cross-functional and EPC master schedule program.

• Prepare customized reports on staffing, engineering, and construction progress.

• Conduct critical path analysis.

• Perform probabilistic analysis on both integrated and contractor schedules.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in developing, preparing, reviewing, and baselining project schedules.

• Experience in conducting critical path analysis.

• Familiarity with scheduling and risk analysis software, such as Primavera P6.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Understanding of project controls functions.
