This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of participants for study appointments in alignment with project specifications.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from participants.
• Execute administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing necessary materials.
• Collaborate with onsite study personnel to guarantee a seamless flow of participants and efficient operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards of the study.
• Address participant inquiries and furnish logistical details.
• Notify participants about their upcoming appointments.
• Communicate any changes in the schedule to participants.
• Serve as a communication link between participants and the Project Manager.
• Resolve any scheduling conflicts that arise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets.
• Professional proficiency in English (US).
• Residing in the Central time zone.
• A quiet, distraction-free, and professional environment for participant calls and team meetings.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities across phone, email, and electronic platforms.
• Strong skills in project management and prioritization.
• Self-driven, quick learner, and well-organized.
• Capable of adapting to a flexible work schedule as required.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Maintains discretion when handling confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling, reception, or administrative positions.
• Experience as part of a company team.
