Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Scheduler plays a crucial role in fulfilling company goals by delivering exceptional analysis and scheduling to guarantee an efficient and effective operation.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients of community interpreting services.

• Coordinate the scheduling of staff and independent contractors through direct communication.

• Handle paperwork and perform basic data entry for designated center reports and functions.

• Serve as a resource to meet business needs in both Video and on-site environments.

• Support the acquisition and retention of clients for both on-site community and video remote interpreting services.

• Ensure effective daily operations by negotiating and communicating with clients.

• Schedule interpreters to guarantee adequate coverage for center workloads, including Video Relay (VRS), Video Remote (VRI), and on-site community interpreting assignments.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of currently qualified trained interpreters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in workforce scheduling.

• Proficient in database management.

• Highly skilled in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Basic data entry capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be self-motivated and able to learn quickly.

• A strong team player.

• Experience as a sign language interpreter is preferred.
