This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Respond to incoming calls in a timely manner, delivering exceptional customer service and accurate information regarding clinic services.
• Arrange medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments by evaluating the type of service, provider availability, urgency, and appointment specifics.
• Gather and confirm patient demographic details, identity, insurance, and other necessary information; provide guidance such as fasting or required documentation.
• Oversee scheduling tasks, which include managing referrals, rescheduling due to provider changes, and reaching out to patients based on reports or staff requests.
• Keep a professional and organized workstation while assisting with additional responsibilities as needed.
• Bilingual
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
• Familiarity with medical terminology
