This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Oversee and assist with aircraft maintenance operations for the company fleet, with an emphasis on King Air aircraft.
• Act as the primary supervisor for four AOG Maintenance Controllers operating on a rotating 24/7 schedule.
• Manage and prioritize scheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager, Maintenance Manager, USFS, on-site maintenance, and MROs to minimize the impact on aircraft availability.
• Monitor aircraft maintenance and deliver end-of-day reports on aircraft and maintenance status.
• Adhere to FAA regulations, contract stipulations, and company flight operations protocols.
• Maintain the assigned sections of the standard operating procedure manual related to maintenance and parts.
• Ensure proper inventory management of company equipment, tools, and spare parts.
• Address and resolve delays and AOG issues; implement strategies to decrease recurrence and downtime.
• Assist with aircraft tracking, emergency logistics, and additional program requirements.
• Enhance fleet safety and quality standards.
• Generate and monitor purchase orders for scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) program.
• High School Diploma.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FARs Part 43, 91, 135, and 145.
• Understanding of FAA forms 337 and 8110-3, along with DER supporting engineering substantiation documentation.
• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent aircraft maintenance experience.
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work additional hours when needed.
• Ability to travel as required, approximately 30% within CONUS.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Successful completion of a background check and DOT drug testing.
• Familiarity with CAMP, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Preferred: experience in avionics.
• Preferred: Inspection Authorization (IA).
• Preferred: associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferred: current OEM or equivalent documented training on King Air B200GT/B300.
• Home-work office arrangement.
• Travel to field locations and corporate office as necessary.
