Scaled Partner Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage Intelligems' extensive partner network, consisting of over 200 agency partners.

• Report directly to the Director of Agency Partnerships.

• Ensure that unassigned partners remain engaged, informed, and incentivized to refer through a fully digital-first, written approach.

• Execute signal-based outreach to partners within this group, highlighting pertinent moments.

• Maintain partner engagement and information flow without relying on calls, taking full ownership of the written relationship from start to finish.

• Create and sustain lightweight enablement materials for the long-tail partner segment.

• Identify partners exhibiting signs of activation or significant potential.

• Maintain HubSpot data integrity for the partnerships organization.

• Oversee all logistics related to partner program onboarding from start to finish.

• Evaluate incoming partner applications and referrals for suitability and eligibility within the program.

• Collect insights from digital interactions to inform the roadmap and process improvements.

• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions when long-tail partners refer active prospects.

• Exceptional written communication skills: clear, direct, and personable; capable of managing relationships entirely through email and Slack without it feeling transactional.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, particularly with CRM data.

• Proactive mindset, able to identify issues that require attention and address them independently.

• Process-focused — instinctively seeks opportunities to template, automate, or scale repetitive tasks rather than treating each partner individually.

• Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Pylon, and Euler.

• A genuine interest in SaaS or the Shopify/ecommerce ecosystem is advantageous.
