Affiliate Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address creator inquiries utilizing approved messaging templates.

• Provide assistance to creators regarding campaigns, samples, commissions, and account details.

• Forward complex or sensitive issues to the relevant team members.

• Review and process requests for creator samples.

• Approve or reject requests based on defined brand guidelines.

• Keep approval queues clean and organized.

• Assess creators for brand alignment, content quality, engagement, and compliance.

• Review submitted content to ensure it meets campaign specifications.

• Identify and escalate any potential brand safety or compliance issues.

• Dispatch outreach messages and campaign invitations to creators.

• Monitor creator responses and aid in campaign coordination.

• Provide support for active affiliate campaigns and ensure prompt follow-up.

• Supervise assigned TikTok Shop accounts and execute daily operational tasks.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date workflows, trackers, and account information.

• Proactively communicate any blockers and workload issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable adhering to established processes while ensuring high accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a proactive approach.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
