Affiliate Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from creators using pre-approved messaging templates.

• Assist creators with queries regarding campaigns, samples, commissions, and account details.

• Refer complex or sensitive matters to the relevant team members.

• Assess and process sample requests from creators.

• Approve or reject requests in accordance with the established brand guidelines.

• Ensure that approval queues are clean and well-organized.

• Evaluate creators based on brand compatibility, content quality, engagement, and compliance.

• Review submitted content to confirm alignment with campaign requirements.

• Identify and escalate any potential brand safety or compliance issues.

• Dispatch outreach messages and campaign invitations to creators.

• Monitor creator responses and assist with campaign management.

• Support ongoing affiliate campaigns and ensure prompt follow-up.

• Oversee assigned TikTok Shop accounts and fulfill daily operational duties.

• Keep workflows, trackers, and account details organized and up-to-date.

• Communicate any obstacles and workload issues proactively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable adhering to established processes while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.

• Proficient in English (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
