This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Formulate and implement the comprehensive business strategy for the CEE, MENA, and LATAM regions in alignment with global corporate goals.
• Spearhead brand planning initiatives with partners to ensure effective and high-quality execution.
• Assist in forecasting, annual operational planning, and long-range business development.
• Identify opportunities for growth and prioritize commercialization efforts.
• Serve as the primary commercial liaison for distributors and commercialization partners.
• Facilitate governance meetings and conduct business reviews.
• Track KPIs and assess partner performance.
• Promote accountability and enhance capability development.
• Collaborate on and lead business cases for market expansion, partnerships, and entry into new geographies.
• Refine partner models and commercialization strategies in line with the Argenx Way.
• Evaluate investment needs, risks, and return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee launch readiness and execution efforts in partner markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch planning activities.
• Support launch sequencing in close collaboration with pricing and monitor overall performance.
• Ensure high-quality commercial execution led by partners.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Global Commercial teams.
• Act as a connection point between global marketing teams, the EPM leadership team, and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the cluster Launch Excellence Leads to foster engagement, growth, and results.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among teams.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive assessments, and gather customer insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Leverage market intelligence to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Argenx standards in all activities.
• Over 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• A robust background in marketing and sales is essential.
• Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Lead / Business Unit Director or in a senior commercial leadership role with a successful track record in managing business operations and fostering growth.
• Significant experience in specialty care, immunology, neurology, rheumatology, oncology, rare diseases, or innovative therapeutics.
• Experience in emerging markets and distributor management is essential (GCC, CEE, and/or LATAM).
• Previous experience working for a distributor is a notable advantage.
• Ideally, experience in mid-sized to small biotech or pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven success in product launches, brand planning, and partner management.
• Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented and proactive individual, passionate about exceeding expectations.
• Capable of influencing and managing stakeholders effectively.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth and execution.
