SAP VSS Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, implement, enhance, and provide support for SAP IS-Auto/DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions tailored for automotive aftersales and dealership operations.

• Facilitate business-process workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and engage in solution-blueprint activities.

• Configure and assist with service orders, workshop management, service appointments, vehicle reception, parts and inventory management, warranty and goodwill processing, recall campaign management, labor operations and pricing, electronic vehicle health checks, and customer quotations and approvals.

• Assess dealership processes, pinpoint opportunities for automation and optimization, and convert business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

• Suggest enhancements to operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and integration teams to implement effective solutions.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and integration assistance.

• Ensure compliance with SAP and automotive-industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting experience in SAP automotive aftersales, with practical expertise in SAP IS-Auto/DBM and Proaxia VSS for aftersales processes.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP automotive aftersales solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP CRM/CX, and external OEM systems.

• Practical delivery experience spanning end-to-end SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.

• Experience in supporting SAP rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and providing post-go-live L2/L3 support.

• Strong understanding of the SAP Activate methodology, with experience in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.

• Hands-on experience with fit-gap analysis, facilitating business-process workshops, solution blueprinting, and leading requirements sessions with dealership operations teams and aftersales managers.

• Ability to effectively coordinate with business stakeholders, OEM partners, ABAP developers, and integration teams throughout implementation and post-go-live support.

• Proficient in English for client workshops, functional documentation, and collaboration with international stakeholders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

• Relevant SAP certifications (preferred).

• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
