SAP AR, FSCM Credit Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and provide support for SAP AR and FSCM Credit Management solutions.

• Oversee FI-AR reconciliation accounts, payment terms, dunning processes, tolerances, incoming payments, partial payments, residual items, and clearing operations.

• Configure and manage FSCM Credit Management business partners, including UKM roles, credit segments, risk classes, scoring, credit rules, credit checks, and exposure assessments.

• Facilitate SD-FSCM-FI integration throughout the order-to-cash cycle.

• Troubleshoot issues using tables, documents, logs, jobs, and exposure traceability methods.

• Lead the brownfield migration and validation process from classic Credit Management to FSCM Credit Management in S/4HANA.

• Validate Customer/Vendor Integration and ensure synchronization of Business Partners.

• Map credit control areas to credit segments and organizational assignments.

• Reconcile and test credit exposure along with order, delivery, billing, and posting processes.

• Cleanse and validate open items, limits, blocks, and master data prior to cutover.

• Establish entry and exit criteria for mock conversions, UAT, rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare phases.

• Design integrations and develop functional specifications for APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, Proxies, jobs, and reports.

• Define mapping, validations, monitoring, idempotency, error handling, and reprocessing protocols.

• Collaborate with teams from SD, ABAP, middleware, Security, Data, Treasury, Sales, and Architecture.

• Produce solution designs, configuration inventories, migration strategies, reconciliation matrices, test cases, cutover runbooks, support models, and facilitate knowledge transfer to AMS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP Finance, demonstrating significant expertise in FI-AR.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in FSCM Credit Management.

• Significant involvement in at least one S/4HANA conversion or implementation project.

• Functional expertise with IDoc, BAPI, Proxy, or API in AR/FSCM processes.

• Proficiency in professional English with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

• SAP S/4HANA Finance or FSCM certification is desirable, but not a replacement for hands-on experience.

• Knowledge of financial controls, OTC, reconciliation, and change governance processes.

• Advanced conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential (will be evaluated).

• Candidates must currently reside in Mexico.

• Foreign nationals living in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.

• Must have an RFC with homoclave and a current Constancia de Situación Fiscal issued by SAT in Mexico.
