SAP VIM Consultant, DevOps – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide enhancements and support for SAP OpenText VIM solutions within a production setting (DevOps model).

• Ensure operational stability and support for global operations (USA).

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex incidents and issues associated with invoice processing.

• Foster continuous improvement of the solution by suggesting optimizations and automation.

• Contribute to the design and evolution of the VIM environment.

• Configure and modify invoice approval workflows based on business rules.

• Work on integrations with various invoice input channels (OCR, email, manual upload, IDocs).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, BASIS, integrations, etc.).

• Support testing, validations, and continuous deployments (DevOps pipeline).

• Engage with global stakeholders to ensure both technical and functional alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end projects, working within ECC and S/4HANA environments.

• Hands-on experience with BCC (Business Center Capture) and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES).

• Familiarity with multiple invoice input channels (OCR, email, manual upload, IDocs).

• Extensive experience in configuring and managing approval workflows.

• Knowledge of Chart of Accounts (CoA) and various expense types.

• Expertise in the automatic derivation of invoice attributes (G/L accounts, cost centers, etc.).

• Experience handling PO invoices, Non-PO invoices, and down payments.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes integrated with VIM.

• Capability to work independently in analyzing and resolving issues.

• Experience in support environments and familiarity with a DevOps model.

• Experience with DRC integration and e-Invoicing (a plus).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
