SAP Technical Specialist – Product Implementation, Pre-Sales

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical elements of product implementations for clients utilizing SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors.

• Tailor and configure SAP systems to enable integration with our document archiving solution.

• Work alongside product development to offer functional and design insights and assist in feature development.

• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementations.

• Offer technical expertise during the pre-sales phase through customized and engaging demonstrations for potential customers.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during and post-implementation.

• Provide constructive feedback to product and development teams to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of technical documentation, demonstration scripts, and implementation guides.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in SAP technical positions (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Workflow, BTP, SuccessFactors, or similar fields).

• Hands-on experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS integrations is a significant advantage.

• Acquaintance with document management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms).

• Experience with SAP customizations, extensions, and BADI/User-Exits.

• Ability to effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Confidently lead customer presentations, whether virtual or in-person.

• Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, startup-like atmosphere.

• Proficient in German and possesses good English language skills, both written and spoken.
