• You will be responsible for maintaining stable and reliable financial processes within SAP.
• Effectively and competently address incidents while supporting our customers in their daily operations in an efficient, organized, and service-oriented manner.
• Serve as the primary contact for our customers regarding SAP application support with an emphasis on Finance.
• Receive, evaluate, and manage support requests and incident reports through the ticketing system.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality operational SAP support in the daily activities of our customers.
• Analyze incidents, change requests, and error reports related to financial processes.
• Reproduce, analyze, and permanently resolve issues within customer systems.
• Collaborate closely and coordinate with internal subject-matter experts and SAP to address more complex challenges.
• Document solutions, workarounds, known errors, and process documentation clearly and traceably.
• Provide backup and support for related SAP modules within the support team.
• A degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar qualification with a strong understanding of processes.
• Several years of experience in the SAP finance domain, preferably with a focus on SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial processes, including customization in the FI, CO, AA modules, as well as adjacent modules like SD, MM, and PP.
• Experience in SAP application support and familiarity with ticketing tools.
• An analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably.
• A team player who is resilient and enjoys operational support and customer engagement.
• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Diverse support tasks within SAP S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud.
• Close collaboration with finance and logistics experts in interdisciplinary teams.
