SAP Supply Chain Analyst Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP supply chain modules, which encompass Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and associated functionalities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess requirements, create solutions, and enhance processes across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics functions.

• Provide expert knowledge in supply chain best practices, ensuring that SAP capabilities are aligned with operational processes.

• Take ownership of and manage comprehensive SAP initiatives, including defining scope, designing solutions, establishing testing strategies, and overseeing go-live execution.

• Facilitate system integration and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to guarantee smooth end-to-end processes.

• Supervise testing activities, such as system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solution quality and business readiness.

• Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials to aid in adoption and knowledge transfer.

• Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive resolutions to sustain operational continuity.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by suggesting enhancements, optimizations, and scalable solutions.

• Keep abreast of SAP enhancements, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry trends to promote continuous improvement and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.

• 7+ years of experience.

• SAP certification(s) are preferred.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.

• Knowledge of system integrations (e.g., EDI, third-party logistics, external planning systems).

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
