This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee comprehensive functional and technical requirements for the implementation of ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Collect, analyze, and document payroll and HR system requirements from business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams from Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS to understand their processes and system needs.
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Review and validate technical design documents, integration specifications, data mappings, and configuration documents.
• Coordinate with external implementation vendors to ensure that solutions align with business, payroll, and technical requirements.
• Lead vendor design walkthroughs and evaluate scope, assumptions, configurations, integrations, and delivery methods.
• Assist with system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
• Ensure that payroll solutions comply with US and Canada payroll processes and governance standards.
• Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for enhancement in payroll solutions.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot implementation and integration challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure alignment throughout the delivery process.
• Support deployment, transition, and post-implementation activities as necessary.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Payroll, HR Systems, HRIS, or enterprise payroll implementation.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll-related integrations.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, process analysis, and reviewing technical specifications.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, data mappings, interfaces, and system configurations.
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
• Understanding of payroll processes in the US and Canada.
• Experience in supporting end-to-end payroll implementation and transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively with business, technical, payroll, and vendor teams.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, governance, testing, and implementation processes.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously in a remote setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
