This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate remotely on complex projects with prominent clients in a dynamic environment.
• Design and refine new-hire onboarding procedures, translating them into specifications for Onboarding 2.0.
• Set up, configure, and test the SuccessFactors module.
• Facilitate workshops involving business stakeholders and HR professionals.
• Engage in implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancement projects.
• Create functional and training documentation.
• Support the team in resolving incidents.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standardization of solutions.
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant, particularly in Onboarding 2.0.
• Background in implementation or enhancement initiatives for HR cloud modules.
• Familiarity with hiring processes, pre-onboarding, and the integration of new employees.
• Capacity to lead discussions with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Proficient in conversational English for technical reading and interactions with SAP documentation and portals.
• Willingness to work under the CLT employment regime (Brazil) in a remote capacity.
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification.
• Experience with additional modules (Recruiting, Employee Central, etc.).
• Prior experience in consulting firms or multicultural projects.
• Advanced English skills for conversations with international teams.
