SAP SuccessFactors EC-Time Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Set up, improve, and offer assistance for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management solution.

• Collect requirements and convert business needs into functional solutions.

• Collaborate with the Time Tracking and Time Off modules.

• Work alongside remote teams within a global setting.

• Engage in workshops, testing phases, and go-live processes.

• Assist in resolving incidents.

• Record and document processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (EC-Time).

• In-depth knowledge of Time Tracking and Time Off.

• Proven experience in configuring and delivering functional support for the solution.

• Background in working on global projects and/or within large corporate environments.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written), including participation in international meetings.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central/Time Management is advantageous.

• Experience with integrations and SAP Integration Suite/CPI is beneficial.

• Familiarity with payroll and international employment laws is a plus.

• Strong collaborative and teamwork abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Strong sense of urgency and prioritization capabilities.
