SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant, Mid-Level/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide AMS assistance for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module

• Manage, analyze, and resolve user tickets and incidents

• Implement enhancements and configurations within the system

• Troubleshoot integrations and business processes effectively

• Document solutions, fixes, and customizations provided

• Support updates and rollouts for SuccessFactors releases

• Guide and train end-users as required

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements

• Ensure HR processes are in alignment with SAP standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central (EC) module

• Experience in handling and resolving AMS tickets

• Proficiency in EC configuration, setup, and maintenance

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations, including Integration Center, APIs, and connectors

• Understanding of HR processes and organizational structures

• Ability to produce technical and functional documentation

• Skills in process mapping and business rules analysis

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team, stay organized, and manage priorities

• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is an advantage

• Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules is beneficial

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English is a plus

• Experience with EC implementation or rollout projects is favorable

• Prior AMS experience supporting large organizations or working with consulting firms is advantageous

• Capability to deliver presentations and workshops is a plus
