SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Analysis of functional requirements related to HR/HCM processes

• Configuration and management of the functionalities within the SAP SuccessFactors platform

• Collaboration with one or more modules of the suite, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation

• Interaction with users, stakeholders, and project teams

• Support for evolution activities and, if applicable, integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP systems or corporate applications

• Involvement in a structured project and collaboration with technical and functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in using and/or implementing the SAP SuccessFactors platform

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors

• Good command of the English language

• Italian

• English

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are considered a preferred qualification

• Experience in implementation or evolution projects related to SAP SuccessFactors is a preferred qualification

• Knowledge of HR/HCM processes is a preferred qualification

• Experience in integration activities between SuccessFactors and other SAP systems or corporate applications is a preferred qualification
