SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Performance & Goals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• SAP SuccessFactors Consultant profile with extensive experience in the Compensation and Performance & Goals modules, to be integrated into application development and support in international contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Proven experience in at least 2 complete implementations of the Compensation and/or Performance & Goals modules.

• Native Italian speaker with an excellent command of English.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate implementation methodologies.

• Ability to conduct workshops with HR stakeholders and management.

• Strong proficiency in the English language.
