SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and critical project decisions.

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings by preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and tracking actions.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, which includes process maps, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency trackers.

• Assist in discussions regarding solution design and the documentation of architecture.

• Support project governance, testing, deployment readiness, and follow-up activities.

• Investigate SAP SuccessFactors functionalities, releases, and trends in HR technology.

• Create presentations, workshop materials, and documentation for clients.

• Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders across various initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects is highly preferred.

• We also welcome candidates who have gained implementation project experience with other HRIS platforms such as Workday, Workforce Software, Oracle HCM, UKG, Cornerstone, or comparable solutions.

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, or Performance & Goals.

• Strong business analysis capabilities, encompassing requirements gathering, documentation, workshop support, and stakeholder management.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
