Business Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain dashboards and performance metrics using tools like Looker and Sheets/Excel.

• Conduct analyses of campaign outcomes and A/B tests, transforming data into actionable insights.

• Evaluate customer profiles, usage patterns, and product engagement pathways.

• Create both quantitative and qualitative hypotheses regarding gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels.

• Track business KPIs (revenue, TPV (Total Payment Volume), churn, product adoption) and generate alerts for any deviations.

• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, etc.) to execute and assess initiatives.

• Assist in the economic and operational assessment of engagement initiatives, including ROI and payback estimates.

• Ensure the consistency and reliability of the data sources and dashboards utilized by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Business Analytics or related fields.

• Proficient in advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation within large databases.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or equivalent).

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.

• Understanding of applied statistics and experimentation methodologies (A/B testing).

• Knowledge of financial business metrics (TPV, ARPU, margin, churn, incremental revenue).

• Preferred: basic understanding of corporate finance and FP&A.
