Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

• Requirements and specifications for integration.

• Analysis of data sources and clarification of system of record.

• Engagement with stakeholders regarding product requirements.

• Continuous analysis and governance oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a related position.

• Practical experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan.

• Background in CROs (Contract Research Organizations), pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with fluency ranging from B2 to C1/C2 levels.

• Knowledge of various data sources such as CTMS, EDC, IRT, Medidata, ClinicalTrials.gov, etc.

• Comprehension of clinical trial operations and the data produced throughout the study lifecycle.
