This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, concentrating on Sales (SD) processes.

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve user incidents and requests effectively.

• Assist end users to ensure the continuity and enhancement of business processes.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and solution upgrades.

• Work collaboratively with other teams and SAP modules to address integrated requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Proficient in English to facilitate meetings and operate in an international context.

• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Ability to work within the European time zone (6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Brasília time).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

• Knowledge of or experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) is a plus.
