SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Consultant – Digital Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops and engage with business stakeholders to ensure processes are aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

• Evaluate business needs and convert them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions.

• Showcase comprehensive ePPDS and PP processes during Show-and-Tell workshops and solution demonstrations.

• Offer functional expertise in areas such as production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution.

• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP functionalities.

• Identify process deficiencies, evaluate business effects, and suggest potential solutions.

• Create functional specifications and work in tandem with technical teams on custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.

• Assist with integration efforts across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and other SAP modules.

• Support integration activities, including Integration Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

• Aid in data migration tasks such as cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

• Address defect resolution during testing phases and hypercare periods.

• Produce functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and facilitate end-user training.

• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

• Provide post-go-live support and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• A diverse business skill set that includes stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• Proven experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in the official language(s) of the country (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).

• Willingness to travel for project-related activities.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects, including 3+ end-to-end implementations.

• Solid understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing processes.

• Experience in facilitating Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Template workshops.

• Familiarity with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• Primary skill: SAP S/4HANA ePPDS.

• Secondary skill: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
