SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Consultant – Digital Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops and lead discussions with business stakeholders.

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions.

• Showcase comprehensive SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP processes during Show-and-Tell workshops and solution demonstrations.

• Provide functional expertise in production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution processes.

• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP functionalities.

• Identify process deficiencies, evaluate business impacts, and propose solution strategies.

• Create functional specifications and work collaboratively with technical teams on custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.

• Assist with integration across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and other SAP modules.

• Participate in Integration Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

• Aid in data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.

• Address defect resolution during testing cycles and hypercare stages.

• Develop functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide end-user training.

• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

• Offer post-go-live support and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• A comprehensive business skill set encompassing stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• Proven experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and effectively communicating data and information to diverse audiences.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).

• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes.

• Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects.

• Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation experiences.

• In-depth knowledge of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing processes.

• Experience in facilitating Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Template workshops.

• Familiarity with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support processes.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

• Primary skill: SAP S/4HANA ePPDS (Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).

• Secondary skill: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
