SAP Project Manager – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of SAP projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).

• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, IT departments, and vendors.

• Develop schedules, manage resource allocation, and address risks by proposing mitigation and action strategies.

• Facilitate internal meetings, project status updates, steering committees, and alignments at the executive level.

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (SAP Activate) and governance standards.

• Manage global programs and projects by coordinating multicultural functional and technical teams, focusing on efficiency, quality, scope adherence, and maintaining defined margins throughout the project lifecycle.

• Convert technical complexities into business language to aid decision-making and enhance stakeholder comprehension of impacts.

• Maintain traceability of all project documentation and deliverables, while minimizing operational risks in each release or system implementation phase.

• Responsible for executing project management processes and overseeing the financial management of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP Project Manager.

• Proven track record in managing projects or large-scale transformation programs within the SAP ecosystem (implementation, rollout, or upgrade).

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (SAP Activate, PMI, Agile, hybrid).

• Excellent communication skills, both clear and concise, with internal managers, client business areas, and internal/external technical teams.

• Experience in financial management (revenue, costs, and margins), risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Proficiency in both advanced Portuguese and English is essential for this role.

• PMP, SAP Activate, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP integrations involving third-party market products (e.g., TaxOne, DFe, Mercado Eletronico, etc.) is preferred.

• Experience with S/4HANA and migration projects is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to manage detailed micro-management, ensuring strict discipline and attention to minute process details is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft project management tools (MS Project desktop, Planner, Teams, SharePoint) is preferred.

• Advanced Spanish language skills are preferred.
