SAP Project Manager – East Coast of Australia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the complete SAP project delivery process utilizing SAP Activate, encompassing planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.

• Administer SAP SuccessFactors implementations across diverse modules, ensuring robust alignment with client HR and business needs.

• Supervise delivery across additional SAP workstreams (S/4HANA, ECC, integrations, and cross-module scenarios).

• Organize project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to guarantee clarity of scope, resource alignment, and quality outcomes.

• Oversee project financials, timelines, dependencies, and vendor engagement to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Facilitate design workshops, requirement validation, and Fit-to-Standard processes.

• Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and the handover of post-go-live support.

• Contribute to delivery excellence across our portfolio of SAP and RISE-based transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale SAP initiatives.

• Strong hands-on project delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable).

• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or a range of SAP modules; familiarity with RISE with SAP is highly regarded.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional SAP implementation teams and complex delivery scenarios.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop-facilitation abilities.

• Capability to work across multiple SAP workstreams beyond SuccessFactors when necessary.
